The Abelharuco bird has an unmistakable song, a companion to the Alentejo grapes, the
combination of terroir and know-how. This wine is born from the grapes in their perfect
state of ripeness from Aragonez, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet varieties. When unloaded,
its grapes are immediately crushed and pressed, so that it is possible to extract all the
must and preserve its aromatic characteristics.
WINE MAKING
Mechanical treading, fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby wine with ripe red fruit aroma, very balanced, elegant, with good structure.
