This red wine from the Dao region is deep red in colour. It’s aromas are very intense and complex with ripe red fruit, balsamic, pinewood and eucalyptus. It is very elegant and structured and has a long finish with lingering notes of ripe fruit and fresh balsamic hints.
Serve with Mediterranean cuisine, pastas and mild soft cheese.
