Winemaking and Ageing
These grapes come from vines, conducted in simple cord, with an average age of 15 years.
Careful winemaking is used in order to extract the maximum qualitative potential and
preserve the primary aromas. Finally, the wine is kept in vats, to be later stabilized and
bottled.
Tasting notes
It presents a citrus colour, aroma of citrus and floral fruits. It is also a soft and harmonious
wine, with a slight effervescence that makes it a young and fresh wine. Excellent to be eaten
alone or as an aperitif, with salads, vegetables and white meats. It should be consumed at a
temperature between 6 and 8 °C
