Quinta da Biaia organic and vegan wines come from an ecological estate marked by the influence of a mountain reef. The Marofa hillsides are of an average altitude of 750m. Quinta da Biaia privilege spirit, freshness and natural acidity. Their wines express the earth.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in used French oak barrels (25% New), with weekly battonage, for 8 weeks.
Tasting Notes: A wine full of rebellion showing what theArinto grape can give us in a cool climate. Notes of fresh fruit (pineapple, papaya and kiwi), brioche, moka and pencil sharpener. It is good and electrifying, with an almost cutting acidity in full harmony with sucrosity and flavour.
Store and Serve Advices: Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing: Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats and vegetables.
