Winemaking
Total destemming, fermentation by the Ganimede method with natural and smooth
reassembly, light aging with wood.
Tasting notes
Garnet colour with red reflections, complex aromas of wild fruits and rockrose in
harmony with light toasted and spicy aromas conferred by the light wooden stage.
Round mouth with good body and structure
