Manual harvest. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature, followed by maceration. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Ruby colour. Pronounced aromas of wild fruits with notes of herbs and spices. A balanced red wine with character and a velvety texture. It is fresh with elegant tannins.
