Manual harvest. The grapes were vinified in traditional amphorae clay of 1,200 l and in small stainless steel open tanks at controlled low temperature, followed by skins maceration.
It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 250 l and 300 l of 1st and 2nd year.
Aroma: Bouquet of red fruits, notes of blackberry and herbs.
Taste: In the palate ripe fruit, smooth and creamy with a slightly toasted finish. Fresh and balanced, revealing silky tannins and good volume.
Serve between 17-18 ºC
