A white wine made from the red Castelao grape from the Palmela region. The aromas of this wine are an elegant combination of green apple and pear with some mineral notes. It has a pale yellow-green colour and has been partly aged (20%) in new French oak barrels for 6 months. A well structured wine with firm acidity and a persistent finish. It pairs well with salads, seafood and grilled fish or vegetables.
