Quinta da Biaia organic and vegan wines come from an ecological estate marked by the influence of a mountain reef. The Marofa hillsides are of an average altitude of 750m. Quinta da Biaia privilege spirit, freshness and natural acidity. Their wines express the earth.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in used French oak barrels (25% New), with weekly batonnage, for 8 weeks.
Aroma: A rich and complex wine, with many notes of white fruit (pear, apple and melon), notes of smoked (hazelnut, roasted almonds) and vegetable notes (cut grass, tea leaf).
Taste: In the mouth it is very creamy with volume and fresh with great acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
